Hi everybody. I'd like to bring to you some excerpts from President Biden's speaking at the Lahaina Civic Center. His remarks are absurd and I can't figure out whether his speech writers are inept or whether he went off script and yet again exposed something about himself we'd rather not see. Keep in mind that jokes represent something about our inner selves. They're not just aberrant remarks. Okay, and also keep in mind the people surrounding him listening to this live, as it were, had just had their homes incinerated, had just had loved ones lost in the fire, lost their livelihoods. And here is our president excerpts Quote. I don't want to compare difficulties, but we have a little sense, jill and I, what it's like to lose a home. Years ago now, 15 years ago, I was in Washington doing meat the press. It was a sunny Sunday and lightning struck a at home on a little lake that's outside our home, not a lake, a big pond and hit a wire and came up underneath our home into the heating ducts, the air conditioning ducts. To make a long story short, I almost lost my wife, my 67 Corvette and my cat. But all kidding aside, I watched the firefighters, the way they responded, the smoke and the firefighters here I can tell you, sometimes smoke is so thick From the windows out. It was thick inside the home and we were. We were insured, we did, we did not have any problem, but being out of our home for the better part of a year was difficult and a separate uh script. I was a young senator being taken care of not a joke by Danny Iannoye, who was my mentor. I was 29 years old. I wasn't old enough to be sworn in as a senator yet and for, by the way, for 36 years I was listed as the poorest man in Congress, which I didn't get there based on my income. Okay, folks, those have to be Biden on his own thought process. You would have to be the most inept screenwriter, speechwriter to put something like that into a speech at an area where people just lost everything. This is our president. When he goes off script, he explains who he is A conceited, self-centered, arrogant, arrogant guy. He's literally making fun of the situation at hand. He is showing us that he has no empathy, while he may speak with a silver tongue at times not so much anymore, but around five years ago, four years ago he was able to speak with a silver tongue and smooth and kind of soft and cajole people to think that he's he's some sweet old man who's you know really cares about people. But that's over. Uh, he's really showing us who he is. Uh, he is making fun of the situation at hand. Trust me, as an analyst, I know what parapraxes mean, and that's what this is. Freud would take a look at this and identify sadism and mockery, and it's quite troubling. His first statement when he was confronted by the press, uh, was no comment, and he didn't walk over and give a heartfelt expose to the country about his reaction. He could have done that instead of hopping into the car and saying no con, no comment, and then going to the beach and then, once he is um persuaded, to go to Maui. These are included in his remarks, so I just wanted to bring that to your attention. These are not gaffes, they're not a sides, they're not abhorrent remarks. They are an expose into the man's self. And so we stand here at a crossroads wondering how do we want our country to be run? And by home? Good options seem to be closing in on either side, but I'm not sure this guy is a good option, or ever was.
