In 2022 I predicted that California was going to track miles driven per driver, and even implement tracking devices into vehicles for their climate agenda, as well as for the purposes of restoring a depleted tax base amidst the evacuation of the state by those with means who don't want it stolen by a government oligarchy bent on perverse incentives, namely socialism.
